We are a Hotel

Hi, If I book a room for 2 people - I can check in alone and change guests if I wish to and not pay any extra - no problems with security etc? A guest on day 2 and replaced with a different guest day 3 but still two in the room. Is there any free parking

You can make the Check in and register one person whithout any charge , if you want to change this person every day you should pay -an extra charge. We are located in a very safety area and there are many parking lots around.

The Airport shuttle costs 90.000 COP. We dont have laundry service, but just in the corner there is one.

Excelent location in "Provenza".

The location is excelent for party time, just one street from "Provenza". You feel safe all the time.

Due it is so near to "Provenza", the noise do not stop until 3 h in the morning. Good place for party time, no so good if you want to relax.

check out time seemed to change over night

great location spacious, modern room

we were told on arrival that check out would be 11:00. The next morning the owner knocked on our door at 09:00 asking us to leave within the next 30 mins as they needed to clean the room. We were very confused and not given a proper reason as to why

Basic but it works

The location was great, the bathroom had hot water, and the room air conditioning and cable TV. The room is very basic but if you want a place near everything and not so costly, is okay.

The location of the room was not good, the door looks old and there is not clean service. The power went off 3 or 4 times and there is no breakfast (but there are some options to eat near enough)

So-so, good if you're on a budget

Good location, walking distance to many places, decent enough room.

Every night, due to the location, loud party music every night until 2a.m. 2 days without water (the whole area, not just the hotel), but no back up plan was made for that event. I was there for two weeks. I think it's family run, which is great, but also the front desk was often unmanned. It's a small hotel, so to have someone right at the front desk may be a waste of time. First time I came back though, the door was locked with noone in sight and I had no clue how to get in.

Great value for money

Awesome location and value for price. Super cheap. Very clean (they clean whenever you ask for it). They kept the bags for us before check in.

Only downside is you can hear some music from the neighboring businesses at night but on weekdays it’s less noticeable.
